Vom 25. Juni bis zum 29. Juni 2017 findet in Den Haag, Niederlande, der Low Vision Kongress "Vision 2017" zum Thema "Low Vision rehabilitation - a global right" statt:
"It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Vision 2017, the 12th International Conference by the International Society for Low Vision Research and Rehabilitation (ISLRR) to be held from the 25th – 29th June 2017 in The Hague – The Netherlands.
The congress theme will be Low vision rehabilitation, a global right.
Many Dutch and international stakeholders have committed themselves to Vision 2017. These include the department of Ophthalmology and Low Vision Research of the VU University Medical Center in Amsterdam and the academic scientific community, the three Dutch rehabilitation organizations Royal Dutch Visio, Bartiméus, the Robert Coppes Foundation and Blindenzorg Licht & Liefde from Belgium. In addition to the International Society (ISLRR), also the European Society for Low Vision Research and Rehabilitation (ESLRR), the Dutch Society for Low Vision Rehabilitation (VRS), Vision 2020 the Netherlands, the Dutch Society of Optometrists, and Dedicon on behalf of the Daisy Consortium are organizing partners. Furthermore, the Dutch Society of Ophthalmologists and the Netherlands Organization for Health Research and Development (ZonMw) – Insight Society are supporters of Vision 2017."
